BAK is a fire steakhouse in the hotel zone – open-flame cooking is the whole concept, from the kitchen to the show. Premium cuts, fresh seafood, and wood-fired dishes anchor the menu.

Thursday through Saturday at 9:30 PM, the Cha’an Ka’ak fire show – a Mayan-inspired fire and dance performance – turns dinner into spectacle you can’t miss.
